Booking your First appointment
A quick guide
Please phone the clinic directly on 02 9054 0887 to make your first appointment. Our receptionist will require the following information;
1. First Name
2. Last Name
3. Mobile Number
4. Email Address
5. Payment of the $50.00 New Patient Deposit
6. An emailed copy of your COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate, to help safeguard our staff, patients and their communities against COVID-19.
Our receptionist will also enquire to the general nature of what you would like to discuss with Dr Donna Burgess.
To complete your booking, Dr Donna Burgess requires a non-refundable, $50.00 deposit. Please see further information below.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please ring us on 02 9054 0887.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
No further appointments will be accepted until this fee is settled.
New Patient Deposit
Dr Donna Burgess requires a $50.00 non-refundable booking fee from all new patients. This is fast becoming industry standard and is done to safeguard both yours, and the doctors, time. This fee is payable at the time of booking. Your appointment may be rescheduled twice with 48 hours notice. If you fail to attend the fee is forfeited and we will require another deposit if you wish to book with Dr Donna Burgess again.
